With the release of Manual of the Planes comes the Divine Agent prestige class, which is very similar to the concept I had for Divine Servant. Replace the Planar Shift (any plane) ability with a permanent Lesser Aspect of the Deity or Consecrate effect, and it's about 95% similar. Therefore, I don't see a need to develop Divine Servant independently anymore.
